A new report by the International Planned Parenthood Federation (which has links to the Irish Family Planning Association/IFPA) advocates giving children as young as 10 explicit sex “education”.
The report, Stand and Deliver, alleges that religious groups, specifically Catholics and Muslims, deny their children access to comprehensive sexual programmes and “education”: “Young people’s sexuality is still contentious for many religious institutions.
