Conscience Clause Campaign (Poland)

The Conscience Clause Campaign is organised by our sister organisation in Poland—Friends of Human Life.  Pharmacists in Poland are forced to dispense abortion-causing drugs and have no legitimate way to refuse to partake in this activity.  In many cases where pharmacists have refused to dispense the drugs their employer has terminated their employment.  The Conscience Clause Campaign is designed to persuade legislators to introduce a conscience clause for pharmacists so they can legitimately refuse to dispense these baby-killing drugs.  The first part of the campaign involves the production and distribution of posters, a series of interviews to highlight the necessity for the Conscience Clause (and to bring to public attention the abuse of pro-life pharmacists refusing to dispense abortion drugs) and finally lobbying politicians.  Ongoing support is urgently required to ensure this campaign gets off the ground and is sustained throughout 2012.
