Abortion Campaigners Revel in Prospect of Abortion on Demand

The announcement of the results of the abortion referendum at Dublin Castle on Saturday was met by scenes of triumphant jubilation on the part of the large crowd of abortion campaigners present. The rejoicing at the prospect of abortion on demand was disturbing, even to some of those who had voted Yes the previous day. The event was attended by leading members of the government, who had campaigned for abortion, including Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and Minister for Health Simon Harris.
