Webinar: Dr. Niamh Regan on Bí Cineálta: Is the Anti-Bullying Policy being used as a conduit to drive Gender Ideology in Schools?

06.11.2025

This Tuesday, June 11th at 7:30pm, Dr. Niamh Regan will join Paddy for a live webinar to discuss the Bí Cineálta school anti-bullying policy and will share her concerns that the Department of Education may be using the policy as a conduit to introduce children to trans ideology from primary school upward.

Dr. Regan is a mother of a primary school-aged child in County Meath and holds a PhD in Chemistry from NUI Galway. Her career spans postdoctoral research in biomaterials, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and teaching roles across GMIT, IT Tralee, and the Institutes of Technology Ireland. Now working as a career coach, she has spent the past year focused on the Bí Cineálta policy, advocating for a parental opt-out from what she believes are ideological elements embedded in the program.

Dr. Regan will speak with Paddy about fears that the policy may be used by the Department of Education as a vehicle to expose children to trans ideology starting in primary school. She’ll walk through what’s happening in classrooms, what parents and teachers should know, and what steps can be taken to ensure transparency and choice.

This is a vital conversation for anyone concerned about education, parental rights, and ideological influence in schools. Attendees will have the chance to ask questions and hear directly from Dr. Regan.
