A major ruling by the UK Supreme Court has declared Northern Ireland’s current model of Christian-focused Religious Education to be “unlawful,” claiming it is not sufficiently objective, critical or pluralist. This decision has raised deep concern among parents, educators and church leaders who fear the judgment signals a new hostility toward Christian teaching in schools.
